Tournament Terms and Conditions

By registering for this tournament, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration

   • All participants must complete the official registration process and provide accurate information.

   • Registration is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the tournament organizers.

2. Payment

   • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

   • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances except as described below.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

   • There are no returns or cash refunds for tournament registration fees.

   • If the tournament is cancelled, participants will receive a credit for the next scheduled tournament.

   • Tournament credits are non-transferable and must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g., 12 months] of the original tournament date.

4. Tournament Conduct

   • All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.

   • The tournament organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

5. Liability

   • The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tournament.

6. Changes to Tournament

   • Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tournament for any reason.

   • Participants will be notified of changes as soon as possible.

7. Acceptance of Terms

   • By completing registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
